Well, September has certainly come around quickly! We hope you have all had a brilliant summer and enjoyed some time with your family and friends. We’ve had a quieter timetable during the school holidays, but the kids are back next week which means we are back to class! We have normal classes returning after the break, as well as some exciting new additions for you… click here to see the full timetable.
After lots of requests from our members SRF bring Studio Cycling to the timetable! We will be using a Studio at Anytime Fitness in Weston Super Mare for 3 sessions a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Sunday morning initially. Starting 10th September.
Another requested class is Pump, a weight based workout to music. Rane will be the instructor for this class on Friday evenings at Bournville School. It’s set to be popular so make sure you book your place in advance! Starting 7th September.
Les Mills Body Balance is a yoga based class that embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. A great chance to try something different! We welcome two new instructors to the team for this class – Sarah Mead on a Monday morning in Hutton and Sam Crane on a Friday evening at Bournville School. Starting 10th September.

Changes to Pay as You Go and Class Packs
Along with changes to the timetable, we’ve made some adjustments to our pricing. The cost for a single session has now been increased slightly to £6.50 if you pay as you go.
We have also introduced a Class Pack of 8 sessions for £45, which replaces the class packs of 5, 10 and 15 that are currently available. If you currently have a class pack you can continue to use this as normal until it expires. There are no changes to monthly memberships or the 3 Month Saver. All changes are effective from 3rd September.
