Insanity Live Instructor

I live in Worle, with my husband and three kids. I started working out at home about 2 years ago; something I still do on a daily basis. In October 2017, I decided to start working as an online coach, helping others on their fitness and nutrition journey. I also decided to become a qualified Insanity Live instructor. I love Insanity; it really lifts my mood and I always feel like I’ve had a great workout!

Away from fitness, I work as an Entertainment News writer and Theatre Critic, so if you ever want to talk movies or musicals, let me know!

Sam Leadbeater

Zumba Gold Instructor

I started dancing when I was 2 with ballet and tap. Then went on to compete nationally in Ballroom, Latin and Disco. I qualified as a full time dance teacher 16 years ago and ran a Dance and Drama school for 6 years, which also involved our Cheerleading Squad competing in National Finals.

9 years ago I became a Fitness and Zumba instructor. Zumba is definitely my passion as it brings joy and laughter to everyone I teach through dance.  I have met some wonderful people teaching Zumba, who I now consider close friends. Through first cheerleading and lately Zumba I've been involved in some charity events, raising money for the likes of the Bristol Children's Hospital.

In my spare time I like spending it with my family and go on holiday to rest !!!

Body Balance Instructor

I’ve attended group exercise classes for the last 25 years and 9 years ago I started teaching Dance, Aerobics and Zumba. Since then I’ve progressed into teaching Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga and Les Mills Sh’bam, Body Pump and Body Balance.

Body Balance is my absolute passion.  It is a complete mind and body workout accompanied by beautiful music, which guides us seamlessly through the class.  We start each class with a Tai Chi warm up, move into flowing yoga and then visit Pilates to improve core strength.  We try to focus on using our breath to help us connect more deeply with our bodies and keeping us present in the moment.

Tilly Ferrari

Yoga Instructor

I've recently returned from Australia where I studied sports coaching and continued my studies in teaching yoga as my main elective. I originally started teaching yoga during my time in hospital whilst in treatment for anorexia, I was advised to start yoga as it would keep the body moving whilst calming the mind. Yoga is something very special to me and has so many healing benefits that is why I chose to teach - in hope that it can provide as much relief for others as it has done for me. My approach to yoga is very fun and laughing is always encouraged in class (even if it's at me muddling my left and right!) and time is always taken to ensure people are safe and feel comfortable in class.

Jenna Owen

Yoga Instructor

Hi! I’m Jenna and I’m a yoga teacher based in Weston-Super-Mare. I’m a mum of 2 slightly crazy little boys. I got into yoga several years ago when going through a really tough time. I’m not sure if I found it or it found me, but it has certainly changed my life.

Yoga has too many benefits to list. Whether you come for the physical benefits or the mental benefits you won’t regret it!

Lisa Sellars

Pump FX Instructor

I love teaching classes and instructing just as much as when I started. I believe exercise should be great fun whilst working so you look forward to coming along and getting a great work out along with an enjoyable time. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing participants smile when they realise they are fitter, stronger and better than they were two classes ago!

sayeeda alam

Sayeeda Alam

Yoga Instructor

I am currently undertaking my 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Bristol City Yoga. I am a dedicated student with a strong passion to share the practice of Hatha Yoga and the beauty it has to offer.

Yoga has changed my life in ways which I couldn’t of even imagined and I fully believe in the transformative power of the practice both on and off the mat. I hope to enable other students to get as much out of the practice as I do. With a strong emphasis on breath and body awareness, I aim to create a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your body and mind.

Hilary Crouch

Hilary Crouch

Zumba Instructor

In 2005 I suffered a prolapsed disc in my back. Four years later, in an effort to control the pain and strengthen my back I joined a gym, and that's where I discovered Zumba.

Zumba is my passion. It strengthened my back enough that in 2016 I was able to gain my license to teach. I supported and provided cover for Wioletta from then until March 2018 when I took over one of her classes, and now with SRF I get to share my love of Zumba with all the members.
