This week saw the start of the Studio Cycling class with SRF, taking place in the Studio at Anytime Fitness. We will be there 3 times a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday mornings. Classes are led by Mark and Rane. Suitable for all abilities, come on down and give it a go! The perfect way to get your day off to a productive and energised start.
Studio Cycling is a vigorous class that takes place on stationary bikes with a group of people pedalling through fast and thumping tunes. It’s fun and exhilarating all at once! Your fitness will be put to the test as you pedal your way through the hills, sprints and exercises. Giving you a workout that that is guaranteed to fire up your fitness every time.
