We have more than 30 weekly classes on our regular timetable, all based in the community. We offer a diverse range, including weights based training, dance and rhythm classes and flexibility focused sessions. Classes are open to all, non-members included.
As well as our regular classes, we also host a range of events and masterclasses. These include monthly Clubbercise events, Yoga and Relexation Workshops, and monthly Family Yoga. Check out our booking page for what's coming up.
If you are looking for a smaller group or individual training, we can provide a plan personalised for you which can include a combination of personal training sessions and our regular classes. Our team will work to build a plan that will suit your needs and help you reach your goals.
