Beginners Yoga Course

Start your Yoga journey with us and like minded beginners - start together and progress your yoga practise each week. Our 6 week courses run  with the lovely Tilly, the next one starts on 10th September.

Yoga as exercise or alternative medicine is a modern phenomenon which has been influenced by the ancient Indian practice of hatha yoga. It involves holding stretches as a kind of low-impact physical exercise, and is often used for therapeutic purposes. This class involves meditation, imagery, and breath work to music.



Clubbercise is back after the summer break. We'll be at Bournville Primary School in Weston Super Mare on 28th September at 7pm with the fabulous Rebecca Wilsher. Book your place here and get your glowsticks ready!

Like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout? You’ll LOVE Clubbercise®. Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems. From 90′s classics to the latest chart hits and taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional £4 charge at the door for your reusable Clubbercise branded glow sticks. You'll only need to purchase this the one time and bring them along to our next event.


We have run a range of Yoga and Relaxation Workshops, our next one is a new Spa Yoga workshop with the lovely Tilly Ferrari.

A yogic practice using essential oils to balance the mind and bring harmony to the soul during movement and breath work. We will be covering a number of different oils each session which support various different concerns and how to use the oils effectively and safely. A small head or hand massage at the end of class during relaxation will be included.


Want to get fitter but feel intimidated by the 'super fit' people who usually attend bootcamps? Don't want to be humiliated? Worried about being able to keep up?

Let us help you! We will running a 6 week course of outdoor Bootcamp where everyone is encouraged to do the best they can. Regardless of the current starting point, we will help improve your fitness, health and get the wardrobe of tight clothes fitter better again. Come and exercise with like minded and like bodied people, who what the same things. Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns - designed for maximum calorie burn.
