Freestyle body pump is a weight-based group fitness workout consisting of high-intensity resistance training, performed to music, using free weights plates, barbells and an aerobic step and aims to increase your blood circulation. Each music track focuses on strengthening a main muscle group and burning fat, with pauses between tracks to adjust weights.
This rigorous exercise aims to develop your muscles by performing a series of exercises including squats, chest presses, dead rows, lunges and reverse curls. Light weights are used to tire out your muscles and ultimately achieve muscle growth, defining the natural curves of your body. Despite the fact it is challenging, this workout is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups.
